Lead with substance
Make the operating model, quality standards and responsibilities understandable before reaching for abstract claims.
A corporate website for a vertically integrated food business with many audiences, brands and responsibilities—and one reputation to carry.
An editorial image that connects Transavia's people, production and finished brands without looking like a product advertisement. Use the corporate red and navy; show scale with warmth and restraint.
THE ASSIGNMENT
A corporate website is an operating story, not a brochure.
Customers, candidates, partners, journalists and communities arrive with different questions. A useful corporate platform should orient each of them without fragmenting the company into separate narratives.
We shaped a clearer structure for the business, its brands, its standards and the way Transavia describes doing things ‘așa cum trebuie.’
This is a deliberately restrained public account. It describes the shape of the work without publishing confidential decisions, unapproved metrics or claims that belong to the client.THE DIRECTION
Make the operating model, quality standards and responsibilities understandable before reaching for abstract claims.
Give each audience a direct route while preserving one recognisable corporate story and navigation system.
Create repeatable content patterns so the platform can stay current without a redesign for every new chapter.
THE WORKING PLATFORM
Strategy, content and design evolved together. We tested the hierarchy against real company information and real audience questions, so the visual system clarified the story instead of compensating for an unclear one.
A real desktop capture showing the relationship between corporate navigation, company story, brands and a substantive content page. Prefer an editorial browser view over a floating-device mockup.
SELECTED EXPERIENCES
The imagery should prove information architecture and editorial range. Each capture should answer a different audience question.
About or operating-model page with real photography, clear hierarchy and evidence—not a generic values montage.
A clear explanation of the business, its scale and the way its integrated operation works.
Portfolio or brand-detail view showing how Transavia and its consumer brands remain connected but distinct.
A route from the corporate organisation to the brands people recognise and the role each one plays.
Careers, sustainability or community page with real people and specific information; avoid stock imagery.
Substantive information for people evaluating the company as an employer, partner or member of the community.
THE EDITORIAL SYSTEM
A strong story needs a way to keep growing.
Shared page types, content modules and rules give teams a dependable way to publish new information. The system protects coherence while leaving room for the company, its brands and its responsibilities to evolve.
A working-file or CMS composition showing reusable story modules, news, brand pages, careers and responsive states. Include content fields or annotations to make the publishing capability visible.
