Which commerce platforms do you work with?
Our strongest platform experience is in VTEX and Shopify, alongside custom commerce and product systems when the operating model requires it.
Can you replatform an ecommerce site without downtime or SEO loss?
That is the operating goal. We plan migration, redirects, content, integrations, QA and release as one program. For F64, the VTEX IO launch completed with zero downtime and no SEO loss.
Do you stay involved after launch?
Yes. ivi Care has three monthly plans: Platform Care, Grow and Performance, plus an Enterprise option for a reserved senior team. Every plan starts with onboarding; you normally do not need a separate audit. We only recommend the two-week audit when the platform has serious unknowns or you are deciding whether to rebuild it.
How do you use AI in delivery?
AI accelerates research, exploration, implementation and quality checks. Senior people remain responsible for decisions, architecture, craft and the commercial outcome.
